Fincons US provides innovative technology solutions to clients in media, entertainment, financial services, and other industries, helping organizations drive digital transformation and optimize business operations. As part of our growing US team, we are looking for a highly skilled Change Management Lead to support Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for a key project. This role will focus on driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring seamless transitions for employees, systems, and processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OCM, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies to successfully implement large-scale business initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that drive adoption and minimize resistance
  • Apply structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR to assess readiness and impact
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring leadership involvement and sponsorship
  • Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and managers on leading change
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to support transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with learning teams to design and deliver training programs for employees
  • Define and track key success metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption
  • Conduct post-implementation assessments to optimize future change efforts

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and drive adoption across an organization
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, with Prosci ADKAR certification preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience with digital transformation and Agile methodologies preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, psychology, human resources, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred
