We’re looking for a part-time Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer to support day-to-day recruiting efforts. This role is a mix of coordination, sourcing, and light screening—ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple roles at once.

- Work closely with recruiters to support open roles across technical and business functions
- Post jobs and manage incoming applications
- Identify and share qualified candidates with recruiters
- Search for candidates within the system and keep pipelines organized
- Tag and organize candidates for easy tracking and future use
- Maintain Excel trackers for roles, candidates, and client presentations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including across different time zones
- Check availability and manage calendars to keep the process moving efficiently
- Staying organized across multiple roles and candidates
- Working in Excel to track and manage recruiting activity
- Understanding general role types such as:
- Software Engineers (front-end, back-end, basic tech stacks)
- Business Analysts
- Project Managers
- Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting support
- Exposure to technical roles is a plus
