Full Stack Software Engineer

Fincons Group is looking for a talented front-end engineer with full-stack experience to join our team. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. While this role is based in California, it is open to candidates across the United States who are willing to work in Pacific Time (PST). The role requires strong expertise in React with Redux, Node.js, and MongoDB, along with experience working on large applications with complex state management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize front-end applications using React, Redux (or Redux-Toolkit), and related state management libraries.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to build and maintain APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Ensure seamless data flow and performance in applications handling large, complex state.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create scalable, high-performance applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, Redux (or Redux-Toolkit), and state management best practices.
• Solid understanding of Node.js, MongoDB, and RESTful API development.
• Proven experience working on large-scale applications with complex UI interactions and state management.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Webpack, and GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging complex applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
